James "Jim" Round is Vice President and Director of the Strategic Alliance Division. His primary responsibility is new business development and overseeing sales support functions for the strategic alliance group.

Other responsibilities include financial and administrative management for the southeast region. Mr. Round has 16 years of mortgage banking experience. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of James Madison Mortgage Company and Vice President of Finance for York Associates, Inc. a multi-family lender.

Prior to mortgage banking, Mr. Round was employed with Arthur Andersen & Company as a senior auditor. Mr. Round has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
